Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Finance Expert to work on a contractual basis.

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems in the finance industry.

Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

With no prior experience in AI required, your domain knowledge is what matters, making this a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of frontier AI models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations for AI models.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and summaries to key stakeholders, including AI labs and enterprises.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency in AI-driven financial applications.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting financial performance, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and optimize resource allocation in AI systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial data analysis, planning, and forecasting principles, with experience in applying these skills to real-world financial scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, with a willingness to learn and apply new ideas to finance-related applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex financial issues in AI systems.
