About the Role
A leading retailer seeks a Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) to join their Commercial Finance team. The role involves financial analysis, business partnering, and supporting operational staff with forecasting and CRM use.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Head of Finance to determine business performance and opportunities
- Business partner with stakeholders, many non financial
- Support operational staff on forecasting, CRM use, and financial information
- Run, update and analyse regular reports for stakeholders
- Full start to finish control of payment application process
- Undertake projects and analysis to support business users
Requirements
- Part Qualified CIMA or ACCA with desire to work towards full qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong influencing and coaching abilities
- Skilled at interpreting complex data and presenting insights
- Commercially aware with focus on driving value
- Adaptable and resilient
- Proactive problem solver
- Articulate, analytical, and numerate
