Responsibilities
- Perform financial analyses including cash flow projections, valuation models, and sensitivity analyses
- Produce financial models using Argus and Excel
- Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data
- Identify, analyze, and support debt/equity broking opportunities
- Assist with daily management and workflow of the production pipeline
- Work with lender credit teams and support customers
- Evaluate creditworthiness of borrowers
- Prepare proposals and offering materials for new assignments
- Conduct market surveys including sales and lease comparables
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Finance, or Real Estate
- Strong understanding of financial concepts
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects
- Experience with Argus considered an asset
- Recent work experience in commercial real estate considered an asset

Overview
- Seeking a Junior Financial Analyst/Underwriter for the Debt and Equity Finance team.
- Base salary estimated between CAD 50,000 to CAD 55,000 plus bonus.

- Perform financial analyses including cash flow projections, valuation models, and sensitivity analyses.
- Produce financial models using Argus and Excel.
