The Hilltop Holdings' Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two-year early career development program that focuses on Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Internal Audit.
This career path is designed to create a broad understanding of the Hilltop enterprise and act as an accelerator for career growth.
This is a rotational program starting in Summer 2027, that combines job training, mentorship, career development, and community service opportunities while fostering a community within the organization and the FLDP class.
FLDP program members will interact with senior leaders and be asked to lead and support critical activities and projects across the organization.
