The Financial Analyst will support the business and finance leader by producing and delivering financial analysis.

Responsibilities
- Produce and deliver financial analysis for business and finance leadership.
- Support corrective actions and informed business decision-making through financial analysis.
- Define business and financial metrics based on worldwide reporting processes and local business needs.
- Build a process to capture and analyze business and financial metrics.
Basic Qualifications
- At least one year of finance experience.
- At least one year of applying key financial performance indicators to analyses.
- Knowledge of Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL, and VBA.
- Experience using data to influence business decisions.
- Experience in corporate finance, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
- Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support business decisions.
