Job Purpose
Support financial decision-making by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting financial data for planning, control, and performance monitoring.
Financial Operations
- Consolidate MIS, budgeting, and auditing requirements across all group entities.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow, fund positions, FX exposure, and funding arrangements.
- Oversee finance monitoring, EDP FA system closures, and reviews of capex and fleet disposal proposals.
- Ensure timely monthly closing of books and reconciliation of General Ledger accounts.
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
Analysis and Compliance
- Prepare data for budgeting, forecasting, VAT returns, and financial reports.
- Review PRs, LPOs, payment requests, and financial documents before approval.
- Analyze accounting treatments and recommend financial actions.
- Investigate discrepancies and report findings with recommendations.
- Track key business KPIs and prepare periodic financial performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to Group financial policies and procedures.
Coordination and Support
- Coordinate with Group IT on system support and issue resolution.
