Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in Dubai.
The Financial Analyst will focus on financial planning, analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive financial statements and reports.
Responsibilities include performing variance analysis against budget, monthly management reports, and supporting strategic decision-making.
The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and effective business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Perform corporate budgeting, planning and forecasting exercises.
- Prepare monthly management report with in-depth analysis of various KPIs.
- Perform variance analysis against budget and prior periods with recommendation for management team.
- Prepare presentation decks to support communication and decision-making processes.
- Act as business a partner to functional teams, providing them with accurate and updated financial analysis to facilitate decision making.
- Participate in various projects, including financing, business opportunities assessment and M&A activities.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis for shareholders and senior executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business or Accounting related disciplines. Preferably CFA or CPA.
- 3-5 years of exposure in multi-national companies with cross-countries’ financial analysis experience will be an advantage.
- Outstanding analytical competence, dedication to details and accuracy, and good financial modelling skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.
- Be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Experience in ERP and EPM systems implementation is a plus.
- Immediately available is an advantage.
