The Opportunity
The Financial Analyst evaluates business performance drivers related to financial risk and return.
The role independently researches and develops forward-looking solutions and presents them to business partners.
The position supports future financial performance improvement.
How You Will Create Impact
- Evaluate business financial condition and provide in-depth analytical assessments.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans.
- Investigate performance results, determine root causes, and identify ways to improve the financial outlook.
- Prepare business cases and cost-benefit analyses for management decision-making.
- Research best practices and analyze competitive, economic, and regulatory environments.
- Develop and present short-term and long-term performance recommendations using charts, graphs, and trends.
- Develop, document, and maintain departmental processes and procedures, including efficiency improvements.

- Apply an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and influence change.
- Use critical thinking to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions, and propose solutions.
