The Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making within an organization by providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.

The person in this role will play a critical role in helping the organization make informed financial decisions by analyzing financial data and trends.

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast company performance. Prepare budgetary and financial reports for management to aid in decision-making. Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial results with forecasts and identify key drivers for performance.
