Role overview
The Financial Analyst reports to the Senior Manager, Product Management, within the Wireless team.
The role provides financial insight supporting product, operational, and investment decisions.
The position delivers month-end results, forecasts, ad hoc analysis, and financial guidance to business partners.
Key responsibilities
- Support month-end close, journal entries, invoice coding, accruals, and cost-centre validation.
- Produce financial management and executive reports explaining variances, challenges, highlights, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly outlooks with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop cost models, business cases, and capital approval submissions using financial and market analysis.
- Provide training and support on financial reports, requirements, procedures, and outputs.
Critical qualifications
- Experience in budgeting, planning, forecasting, performance management, or a comparable FP&A role.
- Experience with a large ERP platform such as SAP and related reporting tools.
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to identify assumptions, quantify impacts, and assess results.
