The group you’ll be a part of

Lam India Finance team was incubated in 2019 and is currently a 50-member team.

This team comprises of two distinct subgroups.

One group is the India entity supporting team, which takes care of Business Partnering, Compliance, Accounting, Taxation and other Vendor and Employee related processes and policies.

The other group is global facing Organization that supports our global business finance team on some of the key financial processes, activities, and systems.

LIFT team members are an energetic mix of individuals who are passionate about doing the right thing.

The impact you’ll make

Financial Analyst in accounting and compliance function for captive unit of MNC

What you’ll do

• Candidate will be responsible for month close and financial reporting for INDAS/IGAAP and US GAAP
• Finalization of accounts
• They will handle compliance, finalization of accounts and audits - Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, IFC controls
• Ensure Intra group contracting, mark-up, billing, reconciliations and reviews
• Ensure process controls, banking and financial controls in place
• Reporting and variance analysis during close and cash management

Who we’re looking for

• Chartered Accountant/CWA/bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Experience of accounting and compliance functions; Updated on IGAAP, IND AS, USGAAP, Companies Act
• Experience in MNC organization preferred

• Solid accounting and financial skills
• Must be able to work well with people and promote a team environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong process knowledge for R2R, GL close and taxation
• Handling and closing things independently and on time
• Working in SAP environment preferred

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
