The employer is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to evaluate financial data, build models, prepare reports, and support strategic investment and business decisions.
The role requires technical financial skills, knowledge of markets, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and develop valuation and investment models for business planning and investment decisions.
- Prepare, review, and present budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and other periodic financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and support financial and investment initiatives.
- Assist with financial statements and regulatory or compliance reporting.
- Track market developments and investment performance across asset classes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes and accurate reporting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Investment Analyst or in a similar financial analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools, including Excel and relevant financial software.
- Advanced knowledge of financial markets and investment instruments, including equities, fixed income products, derivatives, and structured products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- High attention to detail, strong accuracy standards, and effective organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Finance.
- Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex analysis clearly and concisely.
- Experience with financial databases and analytical platforms.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai.
