Collaborate with IT, the Registrar, and Enrollment Management on system updates, testing, and integrations
Assist in the preparation and submission of federal and state financial aid reports and audits
Provide training and ongoing support to Financial Aid staff on systems functionality and updated processes
High School Diploma or GED
Three to five years of work related experience
Experience administering student information or financial aid systems — Ellucian Banner or a comparable platform strongly preferred
Strong data accuracy habits and comfort managing high volumes of detail under deadline
Effective communication skills across technical and administrative audiences
