Role Overview
The Financial Planning Consultant will contribute to the firm's growth and long-term vision.
The role focuses on comprehensive financial planning, client relationships, and business development.
The consultant will analyse client financial positions and advise on suitable strategies for long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the firm as part of the Financial Consultant Team.
- Conduct detailed financial planning analysis.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to identify short-term and long-term financial needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust and confidence.
- Actively pursue and develop new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage a Business Development Manager and/or Para-planner.
- Contribute to the overall business strategy and collaborate with internal teams.
Advantageous Skills and Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in economics, financial planning, investment analysis, or a relevant field is advantageous.
- A Level 4 qualification in financial services, wealth management, financial planning, or insurance is advantageous.
- Experience working within or leading a sales team is advantageous.
