Role Overview
Provide support to internal and external customers while helping ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
The role requires independent work, teamwork, flexibility, conscientiousness, and a customer-focused approach.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of manual billing and incentives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and work to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with AFC contacts, WWF teams, countries, F&A teams, and account executives.
- Identify training areas and coordinate necessary training with the supervisor.
- Comply with UPS policies and data security and SOX compliance requirements.
- Follow up with countries to obtain resolutions.
- Handle ad hoc billing requests from countries.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the team lead, supervisor, or manager according to process requirements.
