Role Overview
Provide support to external and internal customers and help ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
The role requires a cooperative, approachable, conscientious, enthusiastic, competent, flexible, and independent team member.
Required Skills
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of manual billing and incentives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Customer-focused approach and knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to work extended hours when process requirements require it.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with AFC contacts, the WWF team, country teams, finance and accounting teams, and account executives.
- Identify training areas and coordinate necessary training with the Supervisor.
- Follow UPS policies and data security and SOX compliance requirements.
- Follow up with country teams to obtain resolutions.
- Handle ad hoc billing requests from country teams.
- Complete other process-related tasks assigned by the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
