Job Description
Provide support to internal and external customers to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
The role requires a cooperative, approachable, conscientious, enthusiastic, competent, flexible, independent, and team-oriented working style.
The employee should be willing to work extended hours whenever process requirements require it.
Required Skills
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of manual billing and incentives is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, prioritization, deadline management, and attention to detail are required.
- The role requires customer focus, independent work, teamwork, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with AFC contacts, the WWF team, country teams, finance and accounting teams, and account executives.
- Identify training areas and coordinate necessary training with the supervisor.
- Comply with UPS policies and data security and SOX compliance requirements.
- Follow up with country teams to obtain issue resolution and handle ad hoc billing requests.
- Complete other duties assigned by the team lead, supervisor, or manager according to process requirements.
