Job Description
Provide support to external and internal customers to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
The role requires a cooperative, approachable, conscientious, enthusiastic, competent, and flexible approach.
The position requires independent work, teamwork, and willingness to work extended hours when the process requires it.
Required Skills
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of manual billing and incentives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on one's own initiative and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, work to deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Customer-focused approach and knowledge of MS Office.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with AFC contacts, WWF teams, country teams, Finance and Accounting teams, and Account Executives.
- Identify training areas and coordinate necessary training with the Supervisor.
- Comply with UPS policies, data security requirements, and SOX compliance policies.
- Follow up with country teams to obtain resolutions and handle ad hoc billing requests.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager according to process requirements.
