The Financial Accounting Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This position is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and UAE regulations.
Daily tasks include managing general ledger entries, reconciling accounts, processing month end and year end closings, and supporting tax and audit activities.
The specialist will work closely with consultants and clients to interpret financial data, provide actionable insights, and support cost control and performance improvement initiatives.
The role also involves using accounting software, maintaining detailed financial records, and communicating findings clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.

Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret Financial Statements and related reports.
Strong Analytical Skills for problem solving, variance analysis, and decision support.
Proficiency with Accounting Software and related Finance tools commonly used in professional practice.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and presenting information to clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are an advantage.
Experience in financial accounting, preferably within the UAE or GCC region, and familiarity with local regulations.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality and corporate governance standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, client focused environment.
