Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and examine financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Perform audits of financial records, transactions, and systems to verify integrity and identify potential risks or irregularities.
- Analyze financial data to detect trends, discrepancies, or inefficiencies and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting, budgeting, and audit processes.
- Document findings, prepare detailed reports, and communicate results to stakeholders with clear explanations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
- Proficiency in audit procedures, including risk assessment and internal controls evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial information.
