Position Summary
The Finance Transformation & Projects Manager will support the CFO and Finance Leadership Team on strategic and operational finance initiatives.
The regional role covers the Middle East, Europe, and North Africa and involves managing multiple projects across countries in a fast-paced environment.
The role works with Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, HR, Operations, local teams, and external advisors from planning through implementation.
New Markets and Entity Setup
- Lead the finance workstream for new market entries, business expansions, and legal entity setups.
- Coordinate legal registrations, tax and VAT registrations, banking, accounting frameworks, ERP readiness, and statutory requirements.
- Manage post-setup and post-acquisition finance integration activities.
