- Manage and oversee a portfolio of finance transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
- Coordinate project activities across Finance, IT, Operations, and external vendors.
- Ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned with business priorities.
- Track project dependencies and support effective resource planning.
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
- Monitor project performance against approved plans, budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
- Maintain project documentation, governance records, and reporting structures.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance requirements and project management standards.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committee sessions, and stakeholder workshops.
- Coordinate issue resolution and escalation processes where required.
- Support project teams throughout planning, execution, testing, implementation, and post go live activities.
Requirements
- Experience in managing and overseeing a portfolio of finance transformation initiatives and strategic projects
- Strong understanding of project governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies
- Ability to coordinate cross functional teams and external vendors
- Experience in preparing executive level presentations, dashboards, and progress reports
- Knowledge of finance systems, reporting tools, and automation solutions
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Role Overview
- The Finance Transformation PMO Lead is responsible for driving governance, planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder alignment across the organization's finance transformation portfolio.
- The role will work closely with Finance leadership and cross functional stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives including finance process automation, e invoicing, financial systems enhancements, data analytics, reporting transformation, and other business improvement
- The position will establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, monitor project performance, manage risks and dependencies, and provide executive reporting to support decision making and the achievement of transformation objectives.
