About the Internship

Responsibilities

• Complete a business project whose findings or solutions will be implemented.
• Use Microsoft Excel and financial systems to organize, analyze, and interpret data.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related projects.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Present projects, findings, or recommendations to finance leadership at the conclusion of the program.
• Build a professional network and work with an assigned peer mentor.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate-level degree majoring in accounting or finance.
• Expected graduation date is Spring 2028.
• Available for the full duration of one 12-week internship session.
• Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Reliable transportation to the Marlborough, Massachusetts, or St. Paul, Minnesota, office location.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Prior finance or accounting internship experience.

Internship Schedule

• The available 12-week sessions run from May 17 through August 6 or May 24 through August 13.
• The internship may lead to an interview for a two-year, full-time, salaried Finance Leadership Development Program.
