- Prepare and present financial analyses, investment memos, and executive presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to synthesize complex financial information and provide insightful recommendations
- Conduct credit analysis and review loan agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support due diligence efforts by analyzing financial statements, market trends, and other relevant data

- Proven expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and deal execution, with a strong understanding of IB, PE, and structured finance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to both technical and non technical audiences
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial tools, with the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and contribute to the development of AI systems

Role Overview
- We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Finance Expert (IB / PE / Structured Finance) to work on a contract, part time basis.
- As a Finance Expert, you will apply your expertise to help train next generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high quality, real world input.
- Your domain knowledge in IB, PE, and structured finance will be crucial in developing detailed financial models and conducting rigorous market analyses.
Key Responsibilities
