Role Overview

  • We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Finance Expert (IB / PE / Structured Finance) to work on a contract, part time basis.
  • You will apply your expertise to help train next generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high quality, real world input.
  • Your domain knowledge in IB, PE, and structured finance will be crucial in developing detailed financial models and conducting rigorous market analyses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed financial models and conduct rigorous market analyses to support both buy side and sell side transaction processes.
  • Prepare and present financial analyses, investment memos, and executive presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to synthesize complex financial information and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Conduct credit analysis and review loan agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support due diligence efforts by analyzing financial statements, market trends, and other relevant data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and deal execution, with a strong understanding of IB, PE, and structured finance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to both technical and non technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial tools, with the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and contribute to the development of AI systems.
