Skills & Experience

  • Several years of practical consulting or industry experience in Finance and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in leading workstreams or sub-projects within complex transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes, Management Accounting, and performance steering frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven finance transformation, including how AI, automation, and advanced analytics can enhance finance processes and decision-making.
  • Experience working in agile transformation environments, with familiarity in frameworks such as SAFe in large transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to operate across all organizational levels and engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, finance leadership teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Exposure to modern finance technology landscapes, such as ERP systems including Oracle or SAP S/4HANA, consolidation, reporting, or treasury platforms, is considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation capabilities.
  • Experience in leading project teams or workstreams, including mentoring and developing junior team members within complex transformation programs.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding academic degree, Bachelor’s or Master’s, in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Arabic language skills are advantageous.
