Linklaters is a global law firm, providing legal services in 20 countries and through 30 offices.
Linklaters is a people business. Being best in class in the eyes of our clients means that our people must be exceptional.
We look not only for brilliant minds, but for people who will thrive in our environment: people who love working collaboratively and demonstrate the innovative, efficient, agile, entrepreneurial, and responsible mind-set we aim to bring to every interaction.
Ours is an environment of outperformance. We achieve this not with targets and incentives, but by fostering a positive, supportive, fair, and open atmosphere.
We respect and value difference but insist on inclusivity. We celebrate all aspects of diversity and challenge any form of bias. This is vital to our ability to work as one team, with a common goal.
We are looking for a Finance Process Analyst to join the Process & Infrastructure (PI) team within Group Finance. In this role, you will provide support, advice and practical solutions to Finance systems users across our global offices, acting as a key point of contact for system and process-related queries. You will manage day-to-day support through ServiceNow and ad hoc requests, resolve system issues, maintain data integrity and authorisations, and identify opportunities for improvement. Working closely with Technology and senior colleagues, you will also support system enhancements and change initiatives that help drive efficient and effective finance operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert support and guidance to global finance users on finance policies, processes and the effective use of SAP R/3.
Develop and maintain policy and process documentation, contributing to the Finance Manual and supporting the creation and delivery of user training and communications.
Manage and maintain matter management processes within and outside SAP R/3, including matter opening, time recording, time transfers, billing and debt collection activities.
