Support the Finance team in working with Formula One Engineering and Operational stakeholders to understand product cost changes, assess budget impacts and provide financial insight.
Assist with variance analysis, investigating differences between actual and budgeted costs and supporting the forecasting of Formula One powertrain expenditure.
Analyse large and complex data sets to produce meaningful insights and support reporting in line with FIA Cost Cap requirements.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of financial models, reporting tools and processes to enhance cost visibility and efficiency.
Assist with the month-end close process, including the preparation of journals, accruals and prepayments, helping to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Build positive working relationships across Finance, Engineering and Operations, gaining exposure to business partnering within a high-performance Formula One environment.
Key Skills Developed

What are we looking for?
Curious, tenacious and driven individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment;
Currently studying and on track for a First or 2:1, in a (or combination of) Accounting, Finance, Economics, Maths, Physics or other numerate degree;
A strong academic background in relevant A Level disciplines, for example maths or sciences (or equivalent qualifications);
