Position Summary
The Finance Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing key finance operational processes, leading a high-performing team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures service level commitments are achieved, financial processes operate efficiently, and stakeholders receive exceptional support. The position works closely with business leaders to improve processes, enhance reporting, and support organizational objectives through effective financial management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily team workflow and resource allocation to ensure all SLA’s are met or exceeded
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and departmental goals
- Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance feedback to support employee growth and engagement.
- Oversee cash management and banking operations including daily cash monitoring, bank account management, funding requirements, wire transfers, cash forecasting, and the resolution of banking-related exceptions and reconciliations.
