Finance Operations Manager

Procurement

• Run RFQs, compare quotations, issue purchase orders and manage approvals.
• Handle supplier and customer onboarding, KYC, order tracking, freight and customs documentation.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and credit limits and maintain the approved supplier list.

Tax, Compliance and Systems

• Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisers in Romania, the UK and the UAE.
• Prepare information for VAT returns, UAE corporate tax and year-end accounts.
• Maintain company records, licences and bank mandates and support the Odoo ERP rollout.
• Establish finance controls, approval limits and month-end close procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in accounting or finance with ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent qualification, qualified or part-qualified.
• At least 5 years of hands-on finance experience across bookkeeping and management accounts.
• Experience with multiple companies, currencies and countries and practical procurement experience.
• Advanced Excel and fluent English are required; Odoo is preferred and Romanian is an advantage.
• Candidates should be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
