Trifecta Advisory Group is seeking a Senior Associate to serve as Finance Officer for regulated financial services firms. The role involves regulatory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and client advisory.

Responsibilities
- Undertake the regulatory functions as Finance Officer for a range of regulated financial services firms.
- Provide regulatory finance consultancy services and advice to Trifecta clients.
- Manage several frameworks across a portfolio of clients, including finance and accounting.
- Preparation of the budget and financial projections of Regulated Entities.
- Regulatory capital and Liquidity compliance monitoring for FSRA and DFSA regulated entities.
- Preparation and implementation of finance related policies, procedures, systems and controls.
- Preparation and submission of finance related reports to the FSRA and DFSA.
- Liaise with regulated entities and external auditors.
- Preparation and reviews of financial statements, accounting and treasury reports.
- Providing finance regulatory compliance training to clients and other employees.
- Provide support to the CFO regarding internal accounting, invoicing and treasury processes.
- Completion of weekly and monthly timesheets to ensure accurate and efficient charging to clients.
Requirements
- An internationally recognised professional qualification
- A strong academic background, including a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics/Finance)
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services in a finance role
- Mandatory experience as a Finance Officer at FSRA and/or DFSA
- Solid understanding of the FSRA and DFSA regulatory finance framework, financial reporting and accounting standards
- Ability to act independently and confidently to develop policy and culture
