Role Overview
Full-time, on-site Finance Officer position based in Abu Dhabi.
The role owns day-to-day accounting, financial management, reporting, taxation, and finance-related regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting records, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
- Support annual financial statement preparation and review under applicable accounting standards.
- Own FSRA regulatory and prudential reporting applicable to a Category 3C Authorised Person.
- Prepare required calculations, reports, supporting documents, and regulatory submissions on time.
- Monitor regulatory capital and other prudential requirements and escalate actual or potential issues.
- Maintain a calendar for financial, regulatory, tax, filing, audit, reporting, and payment deadlines.
- Coordinate with Compliance and senior management on finance information for FSRA and ADGM reporting.
- Manage UAE FTA VAT and Corporate Tax returns, reconciliations, schedules, and payments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Hands-on ADGM/FSRA experience is required; Category 3C experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of FSRA regulatory and prudential reporting and FTA requirements.
- Strong financial reporting, accounting, reconciliation, and closing skills.
- QuickBooks and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Proactive, organized, deadline-driven, and able to multitask.
- Fluent professional English.
- ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent is preferred.
