Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily finance and accounting operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and long term financial plans
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
- Manage tax planning, statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to support strategic business decisions
- Oversee financial controls, risk management, and internal compliance processes
- Manage banking relationships, investments, and treasury activities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while driving continuous process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management with leadership responsibilities
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or CFA highly desirable
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems is an advantage
