Job Responsibilities
- Supervise all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for all group entities.
- Maintain full compliance with IFRS and local tax laws, including VAT and WHT filings.
- Lead external audits and coordinate with auditors across the group.
- Maintain clean and accurate books for the holding company and its subsidiaries.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a high-performance, accountable culture.
- Allocate responsibilities and improve efficiency through structured policies and internal controls.
- Oversee internal financial reporting, including cash flow analysis, budget variance, and spend tracking.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with all departments.
- Build and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare investor reports covering financials, burn rate, and key performance metrics.
- Liaise with external advisors, tax consultants, and legal partners for financial matters.
- Manage and improve finance systems (e.g., Zoho Books, Power BI) to automate reporting and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with IT and operations to align systems with financial needs.
