Responsibilities
- Lead day to day finance and accounting operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital management
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management
- Support business planning, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Lead and develop the finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or SOCPA preferred
- Minimum 7 10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluency in English
- Must be a Saudi national (due to labor regulations)
