Role Overview
Hilton is seeking a Finance Manager to direct and administer hotel financial operations.
The role supports strategic alignment, profitability, operational efficiency, accurate reporting, compliance, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in directing financial operations to align with hotel strategic goals and optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Review financial performance, reconcile accounts, and prepare recommendations for leadership and ownership.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Night Audit functions.
- Maintain adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
- Lead monthly financial statement preparation and review.
- Ensure accurate cash receipt coding and support internal audits.
- Review and authorize ledger reconciliations, tax filings, and payroll.
- Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate team members.
- Provide professional development opportunities and recognize achievements.
