Job Description

*Think differently.

Act for the better.*

You want to contribute to a collective adventure — to undertake, test, learn and challenge yourself?

Then we have (more than) a job for you.

NAOS is a major player in skincare with three brands — BIODERMA, INSTITUT ESTHEDERM and ETAT PUR — united by one unique approach: Ecobiology.

Rather than simply healing the skin, we teach it to live in harmony with its environment, an idea that has grown into more than 80 active patents.

Founded in France by pharmacist-biologist Jean-Noël Thorel, NAOS today brings together 3,400 NAOSians across 100+ countries, with a single design and manufacturing site in Aix-en-Provence.

Above all, we are an organisation for altruism.

NAOS is owned by a non-profit foundation — our purpose is not to enrich shareholders, but to serve the living.

Profits are reinvested into our people, our science, and our long-term contribution to the world.

It is what allows us to go where others might not go, and to offer every NAOSian the space to grow and express their full potential.

***At NAOS, we are committed people who think and act differently — together.***

Because the way we do things matters as much as what we do, we offer a benevolent and demanding framework built on the freedom to be oneself and the duty to speak the truth.
