Finance Manager, India

Requirements

• Based in Bangalore, or able to work from the Bangalore office full-time.
• Mandatory qualification: CA, CPA, CMA, or ICWA .
• Strong end-to-end finance and accounting experience.
• Proven experience managing month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, and reporting.
• Experience overseeing general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, and credit control.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, audit preparation, and external auditor management.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and global accounting standards.
• Experience working with accounting and bookkeeping across multiple countries or regions, ideally including the US, Europe, and Asia.
• Experience developing and maintaining financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Strong cash flow forecasting and working capital management experience.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or supervising finance team members.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure and respond to business priorities.
