Responsibilities
- Lead the organization's financial planning, reporting, governance, and performance management functions
- Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial results, identify trends and risks, develop financial models, evaluate strategic initiatives, and recommend actions
- Lead preparation and review of financial statements, oversee month end and year end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, maintain strong internal control frameworks
- Support capital planning, investment evaluation, financial risk management, audit coordination, and regulatory reporting
- Work closely with executive leadership and cross functional teams to support strategic planning and business performance management
- Develop financial policies, enhance reporting systems, monitor KPIs, improve financial processes through automation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
- Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, corporate finance, treasury management, and financial management principles
- Thorough understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, corporate governance, audit processes, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, financial modeling, and decision making skills
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ERP systems, financial planning software, business intelligence platforms, and financial reporting tools is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and lead organization wide financial initiatives

Role Description
