Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and dashboards
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls, accounting policies, and governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling, investment analysis, and business case evaluations
- Drive financial process improvements, reporting automation, and system enhancements
- Partner with senior leadership and business units to provide financial guidance and support commercial decision making
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, taxation, corporate finance, and internal controls
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

Role Description
