Role Description

  • The Finance Manager / Finance Director is responsible for leading the organization's financial strategy, planning, and operational finance functions to support sustainable growth, financial stability, and long term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies, preparing annual budgets, long term financial plans, and rolling forecasts that align with business objectives.
  • Overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, performance dashboards, and executive reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
  • Leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A) by evaluating revenue, profitability, operating costs, capital investments, cash flow, and overall business performance.
  • Developing financial models, conducting scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Establishing and strengthening financial governance, internal controls, and enterprise risk management practices.
  • Overseeing audit coordination, treasury management, financial policies, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Providing leadership and direction to finance teams by promoting collaboration, accountability, professional development, and operational excellence.
  • Working closely with executive leadership and cross functional stakeholders to evaluate strategic opportunities and support investment decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting principles, financial reporting standards, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic financial management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, spreadsheet applications, financial reporting software, business intelligence platforms, and financial analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills with the ability to assess financial risks, evaluate investment opportunities, optimize financial performance, and support executive level decision making.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to lead finance teams, manage cross functional initiatives, and influence decision making.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to executive leadership, business partners, and non financial stakeholders.
  • High integrity, sound professional judgment, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
