Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies, prepare annual budgets, long term financial plans, and rolling forecasts
- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, performance dashboards, and executive reporting
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) by evaluating revenue, profitability, operating costs, capital investments, cash flow, and overall business performance
- Develop financial models, conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, and provide strategic recommendations
- Establish and strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and enterprise risk management practices
- Oversee audit coordination, treasury management, financial policies, and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership and direction to finance teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, professional development, and operational excellence

Requirements

Role Description
- The Finance Manager / Finance Director is responsible for leading the organization's financial strategy, planning, and operational finance functions to support sustainable growth, financial stability, and long term business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing financial strategies, preparing annual budgets, long term financial plans, and rolling forecasts that align with business objectives.
- Overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, performance dashboards, and executive reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
- Leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A) by evaluating revenue, profitability, operating costs, capital investments, cash flow, and overall business performance.
