Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, reporting, and strategic finance functions
- Develop and execute financial strategies, prepare annual budgets and long term forecasts
- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses
- Lead FP&A by evaluating revenue, profitability, operating costs, cash flow, capital investments
- Develop financial models, conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management frameworks
- Oversee audit coordination, regulatory compliance, treasury activities

Role Description
- The Finance Manager / Finance Director is responsible for leading the organization's financial planning, reporting, and strategic finance functions to support sustainable growth and long term business success.
- This role provides financial leadership by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance while delivering insights that support executive decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing financial strategies, preparing annual budgets and long term forecasts, and monitoring organizational financial performance against strategic objectives.
- Overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A) by evaluating revenue, profitability, operating costs, cash flow, capital investments, and business performance.
- Developing financial models, conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses, and providing recommendations that support resource allocation, cost optimization, and sustainable business growth.
- Establishing and strengthening internal controls, financial governance, and risk management frameworks to safeguard organizational assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Overseeing audit coordination, regulatory compliance, treasury activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Providing leadership to finance teams by promoting collaboration, professional development, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Working closely with executive leadership and cross functional stakeholders to evaluate strategic initiatives, support investment decisions, and align financial strategies with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
