Finance Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales and billing, cash management, and fixed assets.
• Finalize accounts, trial balance, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets under the Companies Act.
• Manage GST, advance tax, TDS, and other statutory tax payments and return filings.
• Prepare TDS quarterly returns and issue Forms 16 and 16A.
• Handle export documentation including FIRC, STPI, customs, and related regulatory compliance.
• Manage payroll processing and PF and ESI payments and returns.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports covering profitability and financial position.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts and manage banking transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage foreign remittances with banks and government authorities.
• Monitor performance, profitability, variance analysis, budgets, and budgetary control reports.
• Support Income Tax and other statutory assessments with required documentation.
• Ensure daily finance processes follow defined policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• CA, finance, accounting, or a related qualification.
• Strong experience in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS, and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and the Companies Act.
• Experience in foreign remittances, export documentation, and banking operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting or ERP software.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹50,000–₹80,000 per month.

• Work location is in person in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
