Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and group reporting
- Oversee corporate tax, VAT compliance, statutory filings, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and local regulations
- Monitor cash flow, manage treasury activities, optimize working capital, and maintain banking relationships
- Review and approve customer credit limits, vendor payments, and intercompany reconciliations
- Oversee the review and final approval processes for company wide payroll
- Prepare comprehensive management reports, annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses
- Lead, mentor, and elevate the performance of the existing finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience within the UAE
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a managerial role
- Experience working within a multi entity or group company environment
- Deep knowledge of UAE taxation, VAT regulations, financial reporting, corporate treasury, and external audit management
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA is highly advantageous

Overview
- We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and resilient Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our fast paced, multi entity group.
- The ideal candidate will possess extensive UAE financial expertise, sharp leadership skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and group reporting.
- Oversee corporate tax, VAT compliance, statutory filings, and ensure strict adherence to accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, manage treasury activities, optimize working capital, and maintain strong banking relationships including timely management of loan repayments.
- Review and approve customer credit limits, vendor payments, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Oversee the review and final approval processes for company wide payroll.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports, annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to support executive decision making.
- Lead, mentor, and elevate the performance of the existing finance team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, or an equivalent professional qualification is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience within the UAE.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a Managerial role.
- Demonstrated experience working within a multi entity or group company environment.
- Deep, up to date knowledge of UAE taxation, VAT regulations, financial reporting, corporate treasury, and external audit management.
- Exceptional stress tolerance, problem solving agility, and ability to drive results in a high velocity corporate setting.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 10,000 14,000 per month.
- Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
