About the Role
Tiger Analytics is seeking an Owner to provide strategic and operational leadership for a business unit in Noida. You will oversee end-to-end client engagements, guide cross-functional teams, and drive growth objectives in data and AI solutions.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for a business unit or practice area
- Oversee end to end client engagements from opportunity identification to delivery and relationship management
- Guide cross functional teams, set priorities, review project roadmaps, track performance metrics, and remove obstacles
- Collaborate with senior leaders on go to market strategies, partnerships, and investments
- Foster an inclusive, high performance culture through mentoring, talent development, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in analytics, consulting, technology, or related field with P&L or practice ownership responsibility
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, including experience in defining vision and executing growth plans in data, AI, or digital transformation
- Hands on exposure to Data & AI solutions, platforms, or products
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage senior client relationships and drive account growth across geographies
- Experience leading and mentoring diverse, cross functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; master's degree preferred
- Prior experience in global or multi location operations
