Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Finance Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analyzing financial reports, managing budgets, monitoring cash flow, and providing strategic financial insights.
The successful candidate will also play a vital role in supporting financial decision-making to contribute to organizational growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, taxation, and international financial standards
- Manage cash flow, financial planning, and cost control
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business expansion
- Monitor and improve financial processes and internal controls
- Collaborate with leadership for business decision-making and profitability analysis
- Handle payroll oversight, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in financial software such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks is crucial for efficient financial management and reporting. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools
Required Working Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles within a large trading company
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is an advantage for advanced strategic insight.
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA (preferred)
