About the Role
AG&P LNG is hiring a Finance Manager in Dubai to manage end-to-end finance operations for the Dubai entity, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The role requires 8+ years of experience in finance, preferably in LNG, energy, or infrastructure, and a CPA or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end finance and accounting operations for the Dubai entity, including accounts payable, receivables, billing, and collections.
- Develop, implement, and enhance finance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Lead monthly financial close, management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory, tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with the global finance team on consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, and related party transactions.
- Liaise with external auditors and support annual audit activities.
- Support ERP/SAP implementation initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
- Partner with HR/Admin on finance related policies and operational processes.
- Provide timely financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred or required
- 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably within LNG, energy, infrastructure, or other asset intensive industries
- Strong experience in financial reporting, month end close, budgeting, forecasting, AP/AR, and cash flow management
- Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance, taxation, and external audits
- Experience building or improving finance processes in a growing or newly established organization is preferred
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working across international teams

About the Role
- AG&P LNG develops, owns, and operates merchant and captive LNG infrastructure, ensuring a seamless supply chain from LNG sourcing to gas delivery across multiple region including UAE.
- As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a Finance Manager based in Dubai to support the group's finance operations and work closely with our global finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end finance and accounting operations for the Dubai entity, including accounts payable, receivables, billing, and collections.
