Responsible for managing financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts
- Manage cash flow and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Provide financial insights to management
- Improve financial systems and processes
- Lead and supervise the finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial tools (Excel, ERP systems)
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA) preferred
