Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead the hotel's Finance function and ensure strong financial performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial planning.
• Provide strategic financial advice and commercial insights to senior management.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, cost control, and financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and audit requirements.
• Support business decisions through financial analysis and feasibility studies.
• Oversee procurement and supplier relationships from a financial perspective.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the Finance team.
• Drive process improvements and ensure effective use of financial systems.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• A professional accounting qualification is preferred.
• At least five years of relevant finance experience is required, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong hotel finance, commercial, analytical, and leadership skills are required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control is required.
