  • Financial Planning & Budgeting
  • Cost Control & Profitability
  • Financial Accountability: Establish approval workflows for all expenditures; Ensure every expense is supported by valid business justification; Hold department heads accountable for budget overruns; Promote a culture where 'every riyal spent delivers measurable business value.'
  • Project Financial Management: Monitor project profitability; Review project invoices, claims, and payment milestones; Identify cost overruns early and recommend corrective actions.
  • Cash Flow & Working Capital: Manage receivables and payables; Ensure timely collection from clients; Optimize vendor payments while maintaining healthy cash flow.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Procurement & Contract Review: Review major purchase requests; Verify commercial terms and pricing; Ensure procurement follows approved budgets and company policies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and management dashboards; Establish accountability through cost ownership by each department; Use KPIs to monitor financial discipline; Ensure no payment is processed without proper documentation and approva
